The Encore Rewards program is a loyalty card program for casino customers that’s available at all casinos, Chances, and community gaming centre facilities in BC.
Throughout the creative process, we used focus groups to inform our design exploration and ensure we were building a brand that would appeal to our audience. Knowing that the brand needed to feel premium and exclusive, we designed a bespoke monogram made from intertwining diamonds and a club - the symbols of each player tier. For a colour palette, we selected a bright, vibrant red and a complementary deep purple for a rich, elegant feel. The brand typeface is modern and simple and stands out beautifully paired with the custom ornamentation. To keep the brand modern and slightly edgy, we used high-flash photography to ensure the brand felt real and attainable.
Comprising a wide range of POS and signage, marketing collateral, and internal materials, along with a fully integrated campaign, the new brand goes into market later this year.
